A New England based private equity firm with the NUMBER ONE BRAND in its industry seeks a Chief Financial Officer who will make a major impact on this exciting and fast-moving company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of the financial and management reporting systems
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of the Information System
- Managing bank relationships
- Forecasting
- Budgeting
- Managing outside CPA firm
Preferably, your past experiences would include experiences working with:
- Private equity groups
- Financial owners
- Leveraged environment
- MBA a bonus
